Tallington Lakes is a successful leisure park, with a wide range of outdoor activities. We have a 120 metre floodlit dry ski slope, a Watersports centre, a Water Ski and Wakeboard School and an outdoor 45 foot climbing tower. Therefore we are constantly on the lookout for qualified instructors.
Boat Driver (SBDA)
After a successful season and looking forward into the coming summer season, Tallington Water Ski and Wakeboard School are looking for an SBDA qualified Boat Driver. Who can work flexible hours from mid March through to October with evening and weekend work required. An SBDA Certificate is required. Accommodation can be provided if needed.
Duties will include:
Undertaking sessions of wakeboarding and water skiing along with large school groups and kids clubs.
Looking after all aspects from the water ski department.
Taking and assisting with other activities on site.
Running and assisting with day to day running and maintenance of the Water Ski and Wakeboard School.
Other qualifications and experience would be greatly useful.
Most importantly you need to be passionate about water skiing, wakeboarding, watersports, teaching, and eager to push our business forward, as well as furthering your skills and knowledge within different areas at Tallington Lakes.

Windsurf Instructor
After a successful summer season, and looking towards summer 2012, Tallington Watersports is looking for an RYA Windsurf Senior Instructor; to work flexible hours from mid March through to October including weekend work. An RYA Windsurf SI qualification is mandatory.
Duties will include:
Undertaking sessions from the RYA syllabus including large school groups, kids clubs and private one to one lessons.
Assisting and developing junior instructors, and providing staff training sessions.
Maintaining all aspects of the windsurfing department.
Undertaking and assisting with other on site activities, where appropriate.
Assisting with the day to day running and maintenance of the Tallington Watersports Centre.
Qualifications and experience in other activities are desirable.
The successful candidate must be passionate about windsurfing and watersports, teaching to all ages and standards, and eager to push our business forward. Whilst furthering their own skills and knowledge within the different activities at Tallington Lakes. Accommodation is available if needed.

Kayak Instructor

Undertaking and assisting with other on site activities, where appropriate.
Assisting with the day to day running and maintenance of the Tallington Watersports Centre.
Qualifications and experience in other activities are desirable.
