Yes, we have taken stand-up-paddleboarding and mixed it with circuit training, to give you a totally unique way of exercising on the water.

Combining elements of stand-up-paddle-boarding,  fitness, and yoga; our  SUP Fitness Class introduces you to working out on the water. Surrounded by nature, with the elements to challenge you, making each workout interesting and never the same. Reaping huge benefits to both mind and body and enjoying the lifestyle that stand-up-paddleboarding brings.
