- weekend passes are non transferable and must be used from Friday midday through to Monday evening
- tows must be paid for in advance and cannot be refunded. A time may be changed if 24hrs notice is given
- groups must book in advance to receive the group rate and pay for a minimum of six people
- members will get preference on their preffered lake, which must be stated at the time of booking
