The leisure homes have fabulous views of the 205 acres of clean spring water fed lakes; which are ideal if you want to water ski, wakeboard, jet ski, dinghy sail, windsurf, or canoe. You can even walk on the water in one of our water zorbs!
There is a dry ski slope, and a 15 metre climbing tower on the park; so there is something for everyone.

If all that sounds too energetic you can always get some retail therapy in the Pro Shop or relax with something to eat and drink at our Lakeside Bar and Restaurant.

And if you do not own a lakeside home you can bring your own motorhome, caravan or tent and stay on our well equipped touring park.

Water Activities

All our lakes are fed with spring water, so it’s a pleasure to participate in any water sport activity. These range from water skiing on our tournament standard lake to wakeboarding and knee-boarding, under the watchful eye of our water ski and wakeboard school.

Our water sports centre (open April to September) offers you the opportunity to sail, windsurf and jet ski with guidance from our RYA instructors. We also offer stand up paddle boarding (SUPing) kayaking, canoeing, raft building and you can walk on water in one of our zorbs.

And if you want to get into the water, you can join our open water swim sessions! Check Facebook for winter sessions.

Land activities

Off the water there is still plenty to do. The 100 metre dry ski slope gives you the opportunity to ski, snowboard and toboggan. Our friendly staff will help you with your first steps to the mountains.

If you’ve got a head for height; why not try our 15 metre high climbing tower, and admire the view!

Tallington Lakes has superb camping and caravanning facilities with over 88 pitches around the park in landscaped surroundings.

Our Lakeside Bar and Restaurant offers a large selection of good quality food and drink, with plenty of entertainment throughout the year!

Tallington Lakes - A Unique Experience
With 205 acres of clean spring fed water,  you can  water ski, wakeboard, tube-ride, jet ski, windsurf, dinghy sail, stand-up paddleboard or canoe on clean and calm water. A dry ski slope to ski, snowboard or toboggan, and a 15metre climbing tower to climb or abseil down. All this in one unique location that's in the UK.

Surrounded mostly by mature trees and pleasant countryside Tallington Lakes is a place where you are able to maximise your time on and off the water or just relax and let the worries and pressures of the daily grind wash away...

Located in south Lincolnshire, close to the historic town of Stamford (3 miles) and the cathedral city of Peterborough (13 miles), its approximately 1.5 hours from London and easily accessible from the North & Midlands.

Lakeside Home Charges

Annual Plot Licence Fee

Many of the plots at Tallington Lakes are located at the water's edge. The Annual Licence Fee is the same for all of the plots throughout the park.  You may have individual preferences for locations throughout the park and availability for any particular plot should first be discussed with our staff, who will be pleased to assist.

The Annual Plot Licence Fee for the inclusive period April 1st, to March 31st, is:

£2208.71 mobile homes
£2708.33 twin mobile homes
£3210.21 lodges

The annual fee includes all park maintenance, landscaping, cleaning, on-site refuse collection, 24-hour security.

Siting and Connection

If your new mobile home is not already located on a plot then there will be a charge for siting, anchoring down, and connection to water, gas, drainage and electricity.

Please note that there shall be no alteration to the plot by individual licence holders without our written consent. Please consult our Site Manager with any requirements that you may have in this regard.

Ownership Expenses

Electricity - Standing charge £60 pa, plus £55 deposit on usage (not applicable if on card meter) charged at current rate.

Gas - Bottled Propane 47kg charged at current rate - this includes delivery (deliveries at 1.30pm daily).

Sewage - £331.25
Water Usage - £213.86
Telephone - available from BT at standard rates - installation of additional ducting if required from £120 plus VAT.

Customer Care - The Customer Care Department offers a complete maintenance and construction service, including patios, barbecues, jetties, shed bases, gas servicing, winter drain down and spring re-connection.

Siting - Position & connect a mobile home onto a plot, £2,500 plus VAT.
Transfer - Move mobile home from one plot to another, £2,000 plus VAT.
Disconnection & Removal Charge - £500 plus VAT.
Mobile Home Storage - £5 plus VAT per day.

Park Access - The Licence Fee includes free access to the Park and its facilities for the Licence holder and immediate family (partner and dependant children under 18).

Watercraft Launch

Additional fees are payable for launch of ski boats, jet skis, sailing craft, windsurfers and canoes.  Please see the respective web site pages for more information.

Park Visitors

All visitors to the Park will be charged £3 per vehicle at the entrance barrier and provided with an entry ticket.  The £3 value of the entry ticket is exchangeable on the day for any purchase of more than £3, anywhere throughout the Park, including the Bar & Restaurant, Ski Club, Jet Ski Hire Centre, Dry Ski Slope, Pro Shop, etc.

Short-term visitors, (as well as those making deliveries and collections), will be given a timed entry ticket valid for up to one hour.

Park Entry Card

As a mobile home licence holder you will be provided with two electronic entry cards for you and your immediate family. These cards operate the vehicle security barriers when entering and leaving the Park.  These cards contain a number of features to prevent misuse.  Please report any lost cards immediately.  There is a refundable deposit of £15 per card.  The cards are not transferable.
